Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Driver Conduct

Our drivers are trained professionals and are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct while providing services.Any form of abuse or disrespect towards our drivers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the service without a refund.

5. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected for safety and reliability.Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before the trip starts and report any pre-existing damages to the driver.

6. Fuel Policy

The rental price includes a specific amount of fuel, after which additional fuel costs may be applicable based on usage.Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.

7. Liability

Nainital Tour & Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the rental period, except as required by law.Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during their rental period.

8. Insurance

All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. However, customers are encouraged to purchase additional coverage for extra protection.Insurance does not cover personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Age and License Requirements

Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license. A strcmp of the license may be required at the time of booking.

10. Amendments

Nainital Tour & Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will apply to all future bookings.
